Foundations & SCULPT is the cornerstone of the Jane DO Training Certification Program and serves as the starting point for all Jane DO class formats.
This comprehensive training is designed to teach the methodology behind creating and delivering an exceptional Jane DO experience, from class structure and movement selection to coaching, cueing, musicality, and client engagement.
You will learn how to thoughtfully curate classes that are challenging, safe, and empowering while mastering the techniques that make the Jane DO method unique.
More than learning exercises, trainees develop the confidence and leadership skills needed to command a room, create meaningful connections, and inspire members through every stage of their fitness journey.

Jane DO Sculpt License:
Upon completion of the Jane DO Certification program your license will be valid for six months. To maintain an active license, you must subscribe to the Jane DO Network. Failure to join the Jane DO Network will result in an expired license.
